I made this yesterday for Sunday but too much work didn't allow me to Post it. After cooking then na cleaning and washing things. It wasn't easy but thank God I made hubby speaks in tongue yesterday after eaten it 🤣🤣 including my kids. Very funny people around me 🤦
My Recipes are:
Palm fruits (Nkpuru Akwu)
Meat of ur choice
Ice fish
Stock and dried fish
Crayfish and onions
Locust Bean (okpei)
Pumpkin leaf
Scent leaf
Maggie and salt
Banga spicies like Ehu, Ehuru, orishirinsi, puff loaf and Ginser. My choice please.
Knoor classic seasoning

Directions:
Wash ur Palm fruits very well, Cook it until the body start opening as u can see it in my post. Steam ur meat and fish wit little water please and keep aside. After cooking ur Palm fruits, pound it very well, add warm water bit by bit to avoid being watering. Make it thick instead. Slice ur veggies and keep aside. Remove back of the Banga spicies, Pound it very well. Keep aside.
After extracting ur Banga juice, cook it like 15-20mins. Start adding ingredients like onions, stock and dried fish, Pepper and okpei. Allow to cook again like 5mins then add ur spices, add ur stock water now and turn everything. Allow for some min's bf adding crayfish, Maggie and salt to taste. After tasting it, leave it like 3mins and finally, add ur scent leaf. Cook it again like 5mins in other for the taste to come out bf adding ur pumpkin leaf. After adding the pumpkin leaf, turn it again and off ur gas if you like ur veggies fresh. D heat will heat it up and ur Banga Stew is ready. Dish and serve it hot and finally, take some selfie 🤳🤳 bc e no easy at all
